With iATS Account Updater, the credit cards you have on file are automatically updated, saving you money and continuing your donor retention and stewardship efforts.

Here's what you can do with iATS Account Updater:

• Access reports on an individual's card history
• View decline reports for trailing 13 months
• View updated card reports by desired date range
• Soft declined cards eligible for updating

Here's what you cannot do with iATS Account Updater:

• Previously declined cards cannot be resubmitted
• Previously unmatched cards cannot be resubmitted

Merchants are billed at the MID level, and all fees are included in month-end billing. Reactivation fees applies if a merchant stops service.
